Frank Scala

Frank Scala is currently an adjunct Professor at UI&U. Prior to that, he served as a full-time Professor of Undergraduate Education for thirteen years. His undergraduate education started with a BA from the University of Massachusetts, a M.Ed. from U-Mass and a C.A.G.S. from University of Plymouth (NH).
Frank Scala has worked in public education for 30 years with roles as a classroom teacher, elementary school principal, Director of Special Education, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent of Schools.
While at UIU, he has served and chaired many faculty committees including, Academic Review Committee, Faculty Council and COAT. As a faculty member, he was also able to offer a number of workshops and trainings including National Faculty Administrators of Florida, Future teachers of America and a symposium in Kingston, Jamaica.
